Pagi Sore Catering Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY

1. All deliveries/setups will be ready within a +/- 30 minutes time frame owing to unpredictable traffic conditions.
2. In cases of adverse delivery conditions (weather, traffic accidents) our Catering Executives will contact you on the soonest basis prior to the event time. In these cases, your event time may be delayed up to 30 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused due to circumstances out of our control.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Customers will be required to bear 30% of event value for any cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours prior to event date.
2. Customers will be required to bear the full event value for any cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date.
3. Customers can opt to change the delivery dates instead subject to the following conditions:
A. Customers have to make a 30% deposit of event value
B. A $50.00 surcharge is applicable for changes made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date.
4. Customers will not be allowed to decrease the number of guests within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date. Increments should be done in multiples of 5.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

1. $50.00 surcharge is applicable for change(s) in delivery date, time and venue made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date.
2. $20.00 surcharge is applicable for extended collection. (Limited to 1 hour) Customers are strongly advised to consume the food within the stipulated time as per NEA advisory.
3. $40.00 surcharge is applicable for one of the following:
A. Collection after 09:30 P.M. (last collection at 10:30 P.M.)
B. Next day collection at our driver’s convenience.
C. All event starting at 07:00 P.M. or later.
D. All events starting at 09:00 A.M. or earlier.
4. $20.00 surcharge is applicable for one of the following:
A. Venues without a lift landing, where the deliveryman is required to carry the goods up a flight(s) of stairs.
B. Venues without a loading/unloading area.
5. Additional disposable cutleries can be purchased at $0.50/Set.
6. Customers are to bear costs for any loss and/or damages to our catering equipment including skirting and tables.
